INTERN FeeS
Internship Students Rates:
- USD 1200 per month (MINIMUM STAY OF 3 MONTHS) Student Visa Available
- A 50% non refundable deposit is requird on acceptace. The remainder fees should be paid before your arrival and is not refundable should you decide to leave earlier.
- A cash deposit fee of USD 50 is required upon check in and is reimbursable upon departure should should nothing be damaged in your chalet.
Visa Requirements:
- A student visa is required, if you would like Muller Stud to arrange your visa please contact Jana Malherve at volunteers@mullerstud.com
Visa Fees:
- US$ 200.00 payable upfront per 3 month visa.
Travel Insurance:
- Please provide us with your travel insurance (no application will be accepted with the required insurance)
Visa Requirements & Fees
You will need to apply for a study visa to do your internship at Muller Stud Namibia CC.
We will assist with your application for it once the 50% deposit is made.
It can take up to 6 weeks for the approval and issue of the visa.
Please note that incomplete application will cause delays.
All documents must be in English.
Required Documents for the Visa
- Application form (3-1/0001) -Annexure I
- Radiological Report (3-1/0004) -Annexure L
- Medical Certificate -Annexure M
- Two (2) Passport Pictures of Applicant
- Highest Educational Qualifications and/or Certificates
- Police Clearance Certificate from Country of Origin (For Applicants 18 and older)
- If married to a Namibian Citizen, Marriage Contact
- If position was advertised, a copy of Advertisement
- A letter from Namibian Institution
- A letter form Institution from which you are presently enrolled with
- A copy of a valid passport (original passport not needed)
Note:
An official translator must translate all documents or certificates into English.
All forms must be duly filled (clearly and legibly).
Submission of incomplete requirements will result to delay in application.
All permits are subject to the approval of the Ministry of Home Affairs before entering Namibia; therefore applicants who acquired permits from the other Namibian Ministries or Institutions are still required to get an approval from the Ministry of Home Affairs for it to be acknowledged.
How long does it take?
In general the process takes 2 - 4 months. However, the speed at which your papers will be processed depends greatly on your ability to furnish the Embassy with all the proper documents. It is always recommended that you send your application material far in advance of when your need them and that you make copies of your records before sending them through the mail. All application forms must be sent directly to the Ministry of Home Affairs www.mha.gov.na.

- Flights Tickets
- VISA
- Medical & Travel Insurance
- Weekend trips and other non-project activities
- All items of a personal nature e.g. curios, gifts, clothing, toiletries, etc.
- Meals, snacks and alcohol drinks. Please note alcohol is not allowed during the day time
Payments
Muller Stud prefer payment by bank transfer to our Namibian Bank Account. In order to cover the processing fee our bank charges us, we are building in a fee of 1%. Please be advised that your bank will also charge you a fee for a foreign bank transfer. Please enquire about these charges in advance and please note that Muller Stud does not have any influence in these charges.
