Volunteer Fees & Payments
Volunteer Sharing Room Rates:
US$ 300 per week (MINIMUM 4 WEEKS STAY)
50% NON Refundable deposit is due on approval of application and other 50% two weeks prior to arrival.
An additional cash deposit breakage fee of US$ 50 is required with your check in, reimbursable upon departure should nothing in chalet be damaged.
Volunteer Single Room Rates:
US$ 450.00 per week for Volunteers not wanting to share a Room with another volunteer. (MINIMUM 2 WEEKS STAY)

Travel Insurance:
Please provide us with your travel insurance (no application will be accepted with the required insurance)
OUR PRICES INCLUDE:
- Transfer to and from Outjo on Thursdays to Muller Stud
- Accommodation on Muller Stud Reserve
- Full support and assistance from your program coordinator throughout your time at Muller Stud
OUR PRICES EXCLUDE:
- Flights Tickets
- VISA
- Medical & Travel Insurance
- Weekend trips and other non-project activities
- All items of a personal nature e.g. curios, gifts, clothing, toiletries, etc.
- Food, snacks and alcohol drinks. Please note alcohol is not allowed during the day time
Payments
Muller Stud prefer payment by bank transfer to our Namibian Bank Account. In order to cover the processing fee our bank charges us, we are building in a fee of 1%. Please be advised that your bank will also charge you a fee for a foreign bank transfer. Please enquire about these charges in advance and please note that Muller Stud does not have any influence in these charges.
